Each subscription tier includes a set number of project hours per month. You can apply those hours toward any development, integration, automation, or tech tasks.

You'll receive a weekly transparent timesheet and monthly progress summary. Core and Strategy tiers allow roll-over hours for bigger initiatives, so that you have a longer runway to use your hours.

You could start with one project to experience our quality, then move to a subscription once you see the value of having a fractional tech department.

Subscription tiers are designed for continuous, relationship-based support - you get recurring access to the same team, ongoing optimization, and a strategic technology roadmap.

Pay-as-you-Go projects are transactional engagements - scoped, priced, and executed independently.

Both share the same quality standards, tools, and delivery excellence, but subscriptions add predictability and deeper alignment with your business goals.

If you exceed your monthly allocation, you can a) purchase additional hours at a transparent per-hour rate defined in your plan or b) continue using our services and approving the time sheets as they come up. We will bill you per the rate defined in your plan, for hours used over and above your plan.

You can also temporarily upgrade to a higher tier if you expect sustained demand - giving you better value and additional strategy support.

Sorry, we don't provide refunds for unused hours. We allocate a certain team capacity based on the total subscriptions, and refunds would throw that capacity planning off-track.

Most subscriptions go live within 7 business days after onboarding. You'll have a kickoff call with your Flovantis lead to prioritize tasks and set clear deliverables for your first month.

Pay-as-you-go projects can start even sooner, depending on scope and resource availability.

Yes. Subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term lock-in. You can upgrade, downgrade, or pause with a 15-day notice.

We designed it this way so businesses can stay agile - scaling up when growth accelerates and scaling back when priorities shift.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via invoice. Pay-as-you-go projects follow milestone-based billing as agreed upon in your project scope.

Every invoice includes a detailed breakdown of hours used.
